A well timed return, it is indeed the Manicatide RM-9
Light aircraft RM- 9 was designed by Romanian engineer Radu Manikatide (Radu Manicatide). Radu Manicatide - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The plane was a single seat with a frame made of wood and equipped with a 32 hp Praga motor.
The aircraft was built in 1942 at the IAR factory in Brasov where he worked and it first flew there the same year. Further tests were postponed due to the war and only resumed in 1945.

Thanks TC, I chased a couple of geese looking for that one.
Just back in from the back yard. Too early to garden, but was a good day to grill food outside with a balmy temperature of 65° F here, which might be a record high for today.
Found one in the photobucket;

Early start, early break,
I'll second LM's post offering the Czech Aero Ab-101
The link below gives a positive ID; therefore as per Karlarks last post I reckon control should go to Lightning Mate
The Virtual Aviation Museum - Aero A 101
