What Was That Aircraft?
I was recently watching a program on History Channel about the LRDG and SAS in the North African campaign. They showed a photo of an RAF liason aircraft, biplane, single radial engine that appeared to be similar to a Beech 17.
The shot was not on screen long enough to readily identify the aircraft nor was the angle of the aircraft sufficient to see if it had a staggerwing arrangement.
I thought that some very knowledgeable person on this forum might know what the aircraft was.
