Early days on PPRune

I seem to remember Danny putting up a picture of himself in one of these a long while ago probably in the 90s-------Oh wise one can you remember what happened to this one, was this a straight engine fire?

Er......the one in the picture did not run off the runway, and the nose landing gear is not collapsed!

Looks like a bit more than just a fire? Something let go fairly big-time by the look of the bits hanging off the engine nacelle.

The water meth tank was filled with waste Jet A1 by error, ( someone drained fuel into an empty water meth drum and didn't mark the container.)

Subject of quite a bit of Human Factors training after the event.
