Canberra Front on M25 (about 10 feet plus)

Saw the above on a trailer between M 40 toward M1 today, appeared to be in poor condition with no glass in. Any ideas where it might be bound for?

There was a Canberra nose section on EBay which ended recently. That looked pretty ropey when I looked at the photos. Suppose it could have been that. Don't know who won though... Or what the serial was.

That would possibly be WH877, a TT.18, on it's way to it's new home in Upwood.

Credit can also be given to Buccsociety (Nige) for getting it there nice and safe....As he was doing the move!!

Hopefully, the restoration will be kept up to date on the new owners site at Canberra WH887 | Cold War Aircraft Recovery Group or on the Buccaneer societys forums

My wife saw a canberra nose on a trailer in a field in Penman's Green near Chipperfield Herts the other day. Someone told her it had been bought "instead of a tree house for the kids" - not sure if that is correct.
