Ton,

What's that under the wing L/E? Long nose, looks like a large door, could be Ag?

The cockpit looks a bit out of proportion, is it open or is there a sliding canopy that's not shown? Single seat or side-by-side?

Very similar to the CAC Wackett and KSAS Cropmaster (derivative, agricultural) - except for cockpit, that is.
I'd say this one's from down under.
I'm going to have supper now (chipless fish )
See ya later folks!

Ag? Yes
Open cockpit? Yes
Single seat? Yes

Edit to say I could be wrong on the open cockpit.
Possibly a sliding canopy.

Well done Ton !!

I was hoping that this would be more of a puzzle than my last two, but it seems not!!

It is the MSrE M-19, aka as the Rubik M-02

The MSrE M-19 was a sport aircraft built in Hungary in1937, also known as the Rubik M-02 after its designer Ernő Rubik (father of the inventor of the famous Cube). Sándor Geönczy initially worked with Rubik on the project, but died before it was completed.

The M-19 was a conventional, low-wing cantilever monoplane with a wing of elliptical planform and fixed, tailskid undercarriage. The pilot and passenger sat in tandem under a streamlined canopy that fully enclosed the cockpit, and the main wheels were covered with spats. When the design was finalised, Rubik's calculations were verified by the Aviation Institute in Warsaw and a single prototype constucted.

The M-19 was displayed at Budapest's annual International Fair in May 1937, but was involved in a tragedy shortly thereafter. On 1 July, on its
second test flight, the aircraft rolled over, killing veteran pilot István Dobos. Rebuilt after the crash, the M-19 was flown for a few more years and participated in a number of international competitions.

However, no series production was ever undertaken and the prototype was finally burned at the end of 1942.

Thanks, TC

I thought the engine had to be a Gipsy Major, and it was.

Next,

Ton.

For my first guess I'll try with the French Levy-Lepen...?

Tail looks very similar to the Aeromarine 40. But that was only a two-seater.

Edit...Wow!...I missed 4 posts while looking...

G'day Stig!

G'day mate

I skipped this bugger earlier 'coz it said 'twas a 7-9 seater so I didn't bother to look as it didn't seem that big, but mainly due to slow line speed

Just realised, I didn't zoom in and so missed the extra row of seats lurking under the wing !!

Turning in now mate, have a good day !!
