Aviation Industry Employee Engagement Survey 2017
Hi all,
Our 2017 Aviation engagement survey is now up and running and we'd love you to take the 10 minutes or so to complete it. The survey relies on you guys to fill it out, it's your way to have a say about your airline/employer. This is a unique survey that asks people working for all aviation employers to complete the same survey so we can compare the results between companies.
Employers hate this survey because we release the results publically and use it to debunk their own internal surveys that they use to support Executive bonuses. You can complete the survey by following this link -

I will post some of the 2016 results again below this post.

I understand the big airline has put out its official engagement survey....advice for those who are unhappy. Regardless of the question, fill out the most negative answer.
For example, if it asks how well you get along with your workmates...tick the I hate them box. The Executives rely on these types of question to get their score up high so they can get their bonuses.

I have completed the ALAEA survey. Don't consider the ALAEA has the same motives behind the survey as the employer.
