Australasian Aviation Employee Survey 2014

Hi friends. It's that time of year again where I ask you to take 5 minutes to fill out our Employee Engagement survey. Remember the results of this baby are used for various reasons but primarily to allow us to respond to airlines that say their workers satisfied or maybe supportive of things the management team are doing when that may not necessarily be the case.

Last year the results were again collated and printed professionally then dropped into 226 mail boxes in parliament house. The good thing about this survey is that the results allow us to compare one employer against another and of course, unlike the airline internal surveys, this one is made available to all and sundry.

This year we are also very interested in expanding it to our NZ friends and provision has been made for you guys participate as well. You can all participate by following the link below -

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/AusSurvey2014

You can also view the results from last year on the ALAEA website here -

cheers
Steve P

Thnx mods.

A feature of our surveys has been the fabulous photos we use in the printed version of the results. For ALAEA members we are running a photo competition with fantastic prizes, as we did two years ago. I will post of few of them here just to add a little more interest to the thread.

FED sec or PM?

Steve, are you aiming to be the next Bill Shorten? Looks like it on TV and blogs. Try sticking to Union matters.

I've never been a member of a Political party and have no intentions of joining one. My work is purely for the advancement of our members and the industry we work in.

Steve doesn't have enough skeletons in the closet to be Bill 'slush fund' Shorten. And there are FAR worse people who do want to be him. Steve is far better off being Steve, he's proved he doesn't need to run anyone else's race.
