Losing fuel rapidly and circling over airport for some time? Seems a bit howdy doody. Someone forgot to put the fuel cap back on maybe?

fixed.
Can't work out why you would keep flying around for some time while leaking fuel all over the place.

And indeed. Has there been any further info given out as to just how and why this situation occurred?

Gone rather quiet.

Heard them talking to centre.

Company told them to divert to Dubbo, tracked there for a good 20 minutes before getting told to turn around and go to Orange.

They said they were losing a bit and needed direct tracking if available
