QFLINK to take over established DN RPT operator?

Has anyone heard that one of the DN RPT op's are being taken over by QFLINK and are going to become a QFLINK / JQLINK spin-off, servicing SE Asia?

NEWSFLASH,
QANTASLINK announced today that it is starting a twice daily flight to Bathurst Is to cover the shortfall created by poor management at Tiwi Travel. Also announced today Tiwi Travel are to be bought out by Qantaslink and all flights will be made in the Ex-SAS Q400's. A new terminal is set to be built at the old site next to Hardys.
All international flights will depart the main terminal and destinations include Bali, Dili, Port Moresby, Manila and Singapore. Catalina Flying Boats will make the long trip to Bombay once a week.
