Pan-Ops Vol II

Desperately trying to find online access to Pan-Ops Volumes. In particular Vol II, Part III 7.3.3. Turn boundaries. Jepp is a little misleading, so I would like to get it straight from the 'horses mouth' before I can politely correct one of my rather 'no all' colleagues.!!!

It is on-line on the ICAO website, but you have to subscribe to the service. Vol II is a BIG document. What do you want to know about wind spirals?

I have hardcopy Vol II, if you make your question specific I could try to dig out the answer.
