Frequencies?

Wondered if anyone knew the frequencies of the Manchester control area and how do you know which frequencies are being used? I am in Yorkshire and would like to listen in on my scanner to the Manchester Airways, as this is the closest.

I was given frequencies but not had too much luck, If anyone can help it would be great.

If you have a look at the AIP routes I think they have all the expected frequencies on them.

The information is freely available in the public domain anyhow - in all public libraries, bookshops etc etc but I guess I'm a little paranoid about giving out such information in this day and age.

Maybe I'm just overcautious?
