It's with great sadness that I report that Al died suddenly but peacefully on Friday 14th July.He worked at Scottish Centre,West Drayton and Swanwick, where he was head of Terminal Control Training before retiring a few years ago. A fiercely proud Scotsman who loved the music of Runrig!I,and many others have very happy memories of working and socialising with Al and his wife Jane. My thoughts are with her, and Donna and Ailsa, his daughters,of whom he was so proud.

Very sad news which I heard from Rob & Nikki late on Friday. I didn't know Al well but had enjoyed his company on a few occasions, especially sharing our Stornaway stories!
Our thoughts are with Jane and the girls.

Terrible news. I have known them both for 30+ years. All my thoughts with Jane and the girls.

Nasty surprise on a sunny Monday morning to hear of Al's passing.
Fun to work with and tremendous fun on the golf course and the 19th hole. Every sympathy to Janey and family.
RIP mate.
