I don't care anymore.
After forty two years in ATC, I retired getting on three years ago. When reading some of the questions on this forum, I find there is so much I used to instantly know I have forgotten. It's great to be out.
After a bit of time out myself, I still like to do the annual Ethics and Security refresher training.. That way it keeps fresh the decision I made as the absolute right thing to have done. What's more in ASA I'm not even on the list as a disgruntled ex.
When I retired at 60, I became a FISO (Flight Information Service Officer) at a smaller airfield in order to keep my brain working and keep up to date with the ATC world. (Don't know if you have FISOs in Oz, it's like ADV but with less authority)
Also keeps me from getting under the wife's feet all the time!
