Aerodrome beacon

Hello, i'm writing do to a question appened. In my aerodrome there aren't the aerodrome roteting beacon, the white and green one just to understand.
Can we perform the circling to land with out it?

As far as I'm aware, you don't need to be able to see either an AD Beacon or ident beacon to carry out a circling approach. Many airfields in the UK don't have either.
