So NATS have recently 'lost' Edinburgh but have gained Middle Wallop.
Why am I not amused?

Does anybody know any details about the T&C's? I know that it is NATS Solutions not NATS proper, but I have been unable to find anymore details regarding salary etc.

Don't know if they still have it but they used to have a '430 for SRAs there with upper air work being done with Boscombe.

I thought that they had a Watchman installed and took the Wallop Radar task away from Boscombe.

Might be the case; I admit I'm talking about the situation in 2008.
Maybe it's the ex Farnborough Watchman!

If only Premier League footballers could be persuaded to take that sort of pay cut; they normally get more than that per week!

Reminds me of the old one - -I knew a bloke who swore he'd starve before becoming an ATCO...... and he's been doing both ever since!

I don't know much about either place, but it strikes me that the salaries on offer are quite reasonable., considering what I guess the traffic levels & complexity are. Any comments on this sweeping statement ?

About right. There's only a few helicopters there. Usually only a couple are in the air at any one time. I can't imagine that would be a strain on anyone's talents.

Oxford were advertising recently for triple rated and top of scale (eventually) was 60K.
Despite the reduction in aerodrome hours at EGBE and EGTC whats the consensous on ATCO availability. Is there a shortage or a glut? Are ANSPs just griping the purse strings or is it just a natural re-adjustment in ATCO pay?

Not sure nowadays but a couple of years ago there was a glut of people with ADV/ADI ratings but no experience; a lot of them were Spanish and had come here thinking they would get a job in Spain easier if they already had a Euro License.
Then AENA had a crackdown so they were left with nothing having self funded courses at places like Cwmbran.
