Miami TRACON power failure. No radar.
Radar outage responsible for Thursday's airport delays - Sun Sentinel

Worked perfectly at Farnborough when we had a mains failure.
Unfortunately it had been installed before our new display system (Cossor Compass 9000 consoles) was fitted and the extra power needed to run those overloaded the standby power supply so that failed too!
