Experience with Saab e-strips?

Does anyone have first hand experience using Saab's EFPS system? I understand it's only in use at ESSA and EFHK.

Pros and cons relative to paper and/or NavCanStrips?
How configurable/customizable is it?
Does it integrate well with surface movement equipment (A-SMGCS)?
More or less heads down time than paper?

I thought they were also being used in the new remote tower central in Sundsvall? Seeing as the remote system is designed by saab it would make sense to use the same efps program there.
