Serco Sim Pilot Job

Hi guys

I noticed an ad for a sim pilot job in Dubai...

I am an experienced ATC, I just want to find out if anyone knows what salary would be like and if it would be worth applying/going, reference possibilities of maintaining ATC license currency and/or prospects of moving across to a control environment once there?
Here's the link: https://www.amris.com/serco/requirem...rmanent&hours=
Getting fed up with my home country time to move on

Much Appreciated
