When I was doing some training at Edinburgh ten years ago I seem to recall some of the tugs were fitted with UHF transceivers, some had VHF and some had nothing at all. I haven't been back since so I don't know if consistency has yet been achieved.

NOTAM effective from today and it sounds as though the change has taken place as promised. Huzzah.
