Hello ATCers,

Short question concerning VFR flight plans.

How do you prefer the routing on the flight plan? In degrees and minutes or in bearing and distance from a significant point?

Or can you simply display the filed route?

AIP:

Significant point (2 to 11 characters)
The coded designator (2 to 5 characters) assigned to the point , or if no coded designator has been assigned, one of the following ways:

- Degrees only
- Degrees and minutes
- Bearing and DIST from a significant point

Distance and bearing.
Our system can show filed route, but still agree with confused atco, one easily found...and to add: plan your route thouroughly and plan it AROUND and not THROUGH restricted, danger etc. areas
