BAATL and NATS

Hi

Was wondering if anyone knows what terms birmingham airport (BAATL) are offering current NATS employees

Rumour has it that quite a few are staying and have not opted to transfer within NATS

I believe looking at the BAATL tender they are honouring current employment contract terms until 2017. Wonder what will happen thereafter

Any info on this would be appreciated

Wouldn't this be better in the 'NATS' forum?

Given his/her location of 'the Midlands' and the fact he/she is having to ask, access to the NATS forum is not an option since it's for NATS employees only. But I stand to be corrected.

I'm not with NATS so You're right I can't join the forum as suggested.

Just interested to know with all the investment being pumped into BHX at the moment; new tower, runway, terminal etc....

Are atco's with NATS going to be made to transfer out with a poor pay offer/deal or are BAATL gonna going to be retain everyone under normal TUPE regulations.

Got to be a popular location getting busier every year
