Yep..Everyone bar the people already leaving were given 3 months notice from early September.EIA weren't renewing the contract for whatever reason.Serco tried to get a reduced contract but nothing happened so everyone is back home looking for jobs,or putting feet up.
They did have to evacuate as IS/ISIS/ISIL were getting close,and an attack on Erbil was possible.The Air Strikes changed that.
Great bunch of people there and it's sad it all ended.There was great potential in the radar project but it all fell to bits.
