Permissible Flight Plan Routes

Is it permissible to submit a VFR plan using IRF nominated routes and LSAs? Assume that pilot is not IFR rated.

In Oz, you can plan IFR routes even though you are VFR. ERSA has required and preferred routes for jet aircraft and others that are IFR. Assuming you are not flying a jet, pick the non-jet routes.
