This is where the debate went last year. 4444 8.7.3.4 states that....
However, 4444 does not state this H v H separation in the aerodrome wake departure section.
Various interpretations are held!

How is it that wake turbulence departure standards can vary between the 191 member states/ Surely a standard is a standard is standard and that the only difference would be whether the Tower has a surveillance system (radar) or not.
