ATC Routings

In the last few days I have noticed a lot of extended detours on the routings of European commercial aircraft eg. LPPT to EDDL via EGPX LND & the South Coast of the UK; or LEMD to EFHK via a route across the middle of the MED to Southern Italy instead of the more normal direct (almost) routings.

Does anyone have any info. on the reason for this?
