Vale Charles `DCB' Stuart

Former IFATCA and CivilAir Australia President, Charles Stuart passed away today after a short battle with cancer. Many old controllers from the world over will remember him fondly. A much loved friend and colleague to many.

RIP Charles.

I am raising a glass to one of the real characters of the ATC profession. We all owe him a lot in more ways than one. Salut my friend.

This is very sad news indead. I have many fond memories of Charles at Conference both as President and then latterly as IPP and a CM.

I am sure that there will be many toasts, fond memories and numerous anecdotes in Katmandu next week

Thank you Roger Standby for letting us know
