Euro 2012 in Polland and Ukraine

Hi everybody from Ukraine. This june we expect a significant increase of air traffic, caused by European football championship.
Some good things were implemented to improve capacity, like: finally got Independent Parallel Approaches for major ukrainian airport UKBB, transition to final charts, new Selex ATC system in Kiev, reduced lateral separation on approach for opposite traffic from 20 km to 5 n.m.
But..also bad news: increased lateral separation in ACC for same direction traffic: from 10 km. to 10 n.m.; minimal separation on final is 5 n.m instead of Wake vortex separation been applied before (3,4,5 n.m.)
And the worst: our administration still thoroughly investigate every going-arounds, STCAlerts (even if necessary separation was provided), loss of separation caused by level-bust (mostly pilot errors) and blaming...controllers all the time.
How shall scared to be financially punished (or even to be fired in case of RA) ATCO work? Example from real life (and from our airspace):
P: XYZ, request climb FL 350.
C: XYZ, maintain FL 330, be informed - opposite traffic 12 o'clock, 120 km above you.
_______________
And any news from my polish colleagues?

If they require restrictions and increased separations you can please them by reducing capacity to favor safety.
The big deal is the terror invesigation strategy , you can pay the best attention you wish but in the aviation world everything can happen, good luck.
