Arrow ATC licence

Hai friends

I work in India
I am TWR, APP and ACC (procedural rated)
In india there is no system of licencing
Suggest me any countries/ institutes where i can pursue ATC licence
As i am experienced is there any option of of getting licence through OJTI ?

I find it hard to believe that controllers in India are unlicensed. A few months ago there was a thread in R&N that suggested (certainly for pilots) that licences were easily obtainable by judicious crossing of palms with silver. Maybe you should try that too.
