Muscat ATC Problems
Does anyone have any comments about the story published recently that Muscat ATC went down for more than 2 hours last month, and that near misses are being unreported? You guys are the professionals and must have some interesting opinions!

Question,,,,,does Muscat Train Atc For Non Radar Procedures Or They Are Just Full Radar Atc,
