How to become controller

I am new in this field.How can i become ATC controller?Where to apply?Does it take how long to become controller.Any info appreciated.

If this is really what you want to do (from reading your previous posts you've apparently completed your fATPL and CPL) and not just something to tide you over until the pilot job market picks up, then your journey starts here, or maybe here.

Think carefully though. It's not an easy career path, you need to have your heart in it.
