RAAF ATC Diploma

Hi all, im an ex raafie who is trying to follow up on the diploma's that ATC guys were eligable for based on thier expereince. I was previously under the impression that you had to have done advanced course to qualify, however I was recently told even with basic course you were eligable for some kind of civil qualification.

would anyone have any more information they could share, or an appropriate person in 44WG/ATCSchool that might know something about it?

Thanks
Stunty

RAAF Diploma

Stunty,

you need to have JOIC, ATC Basic, and ratings in SMC, PLN and ACD (TWR).

Try to find the contact for Accreditation of RAAF Training and Education in Canberra somewhere.

Hope this helps

Stunty,

I've got the Diploma in Aviation (ATS). Hangs on the back of the toilet door in case I run out of paper.
