Not restless gonzo, just annoyed with recent developments re-cross training. Always keeping the options open

Salary scales were once pegged to just below the NATS ATCO 3 scale for all new starters. I understand that they have both old and new terms and conditions. Old conditions salary is greater than ATCO 3.

Red,. .Don't let me put you off, but EMA have a list as long as you'd care to mention of people sho want to go and work for them. I haven't seen an advert for atc staff there for ages, Coventry always used to be a feeder station for them, and it wouldn't suprise me if that was still the case.. .Good luck anyway.

Hello,

Remember me?

Thought I might have something to add to this conversation!

27L- if you want to get my contact details off my ex-housemate I'd be happy to talk about EMA.

As for terms and conditions-essentially the same as NATS but more flexible and dependant on experience and negotiating skills!! From bottom of ATCO2 scale the only cut I took was the outer London rating- but given you can get a 4 bed detached house for about 60k you can can keep OLW!!

Its a great place to work and really up and coming!

EMA OUT!!

I have recently been in touch with the MATS at East Midlands. There is a possibility of vacancies due to the new budget operations, however the money men are holding the purse strings very tightly and not letting go.

You'll have to join the queue behind me and countless others.

Further to that even if permisson is granted to recruit, it is likely to be at reduced rates of remuneration until other members of staff retire.
