Whilst there is lots of appropriate info in the Boeing QRH and Performance Manuals has anyone put together a basic pitch and power table for the 737-700 & 800 based on say 1000kg variations in landing weight ? Interested in both the HGW and LGW models of the NG. Just figured no point re-inventing the wheel if it already exists.

jetblues,

Can't help you with a pitch table --we use the energy trend indicator in our HUDs which allow you to really hold airspeed nicely.

It sounds like you are new to the A/C so I will offer this gem: In any of the 737's, if you find yourself 5kts fast on approach, give her two very quick nose up trim inputs. That will get you down five KTS in about ten seconds. Works like a charm.

Good luck!

It's still a "T" crosscheck on the ND. 90% of time look at PFD. 10% look at ND. (why do you think it's stuck off to the side like that)

Takeoff....15-17 degrees
Flap Retraction....10 degrees
Climbout clean to 10000 feet....10 degrees
Acceleration to 300/.78 kts....5 degrees
Climbout to FL350.....5 degrees that may get shallower the higher and heavier and hotter the day.

Cruise Level Flight 2-3 degrees

Decescent .8/300 kts -1 degree Idle (.8x3=2400fpm vsi) trimed up, just reduce power until vsi reads 2400 fpm.

Terminal Area... (60% N1 is a great starting point for all manuevers)
Level flight 250 kts 3 degrees....(Airplane Symbol's feet on the horizon line)
210kts clean level 6 degrees (66% N1)
180kts Flaps 10 1 degree ( Symbols wings on the horizion line)
140kts Gear flaps 30 1 degree 60% N1 Stab trim 6 nu

It's been a couple of years since I've flown the NG but this is the best of my recollection.
