Has anybody been to or heard about Bournemouth Commercial Flight Training in the UK?
Would appreciate your comments.

I did my PPL at Bournemouth Flying Club, which is joint with BCFT. After completing ground school at Bristol I intend returning to BCFT for the CPL and IR or FI. Nice friendly and professional environment. Other students I've spoken too are also positive about them.

Did some ATPL General Navigation brush up course at Bournemouth. The few instructors I met were very professional and know their stuff.
Can't speak for the flight training side, but would definately recommend the ATPL Ground School.
