Hey,
I'm a Human Factors and CRM Specialist with an Aviation degree from an Australian university. I’m in Canada and am looking for any work including consulting work. I also have the Australian ATPL (frozen) and I also have a TC Dispatcher Licence…anyone know of any jobs in either area?
Any help would be great.

Have you considered Transport Canada, the Transportation Development Centre or the Transportation Safety Board. I know of one guy who used to be with TC in the civil aviation safety standards department who moved to the TSB in the last 12 month or so. As far as I know, his desk at TC has not been filled.
A staff directory is on the internet, so you can choose who you send a CV to.
Other than that, DRDC sometimes hires. NavCanada is not hiring (as far as I know), nor are any of the airlines. There are a few flight training schools who might be interested in your CRM background. As for consultancies - where are you?

Thanks mate. The guy who went to TSB was that Mike from CYHZ? I've been in contact with DRDC and TDC last year and a few times this year, just seems like there's not much.
As far as constantancy I'm here in Halifax, NS, looking to move anywhere.

No - the guy (John) that went to TSB isn't licensed (Pilot or ATC, etc.) as far as I know.
I don't know of many consultancies out HFX way that do aviation or CRM (but I may just be showing my ignorance:\ ). There's a lot of work with the Navy, but then you'd expect that.
Maybe you could get in with one of the (two?) bidders for the new helicopter. A lot of it will be done in Ottawa, but the practical stuff (testing and evaluation) will probably be done in Shearwater (again, I may be wrong). Maybe it's even worth trying to get in with the project office in Ottawa:
