There have been a number of rumours circulating in recent months that LPL - Prague might be launched by easyJet.
No confirmation has been given on the subject and indeed speculation continues on this and possible links to other easyJet destinations (particularly the former GO network).

Also Ryanair have been rumoured to be examining several possibilities.

With European Capital of Culture 2008 award the airport's intent is to be linked with further capital cities and centres of culture.

Hopefully new routes will be coming soon!

Big Red L,

Not as yet.

But the route to Gatwick is more likely than to Stansted or Luton with easyJet I would have thought.

BAA need to finish the upgrade to the domestic baggage reclaim at LGW South Terminal before easyJet can realistically expand its domestic schedules from Gatwick. The temporary 'replacement' system is a nightmare, as I discovered to my cost on a recent flight with easyJet to Gatwick from EDI!
