How much to the Spanish authorities charge to put a professional rating (e.g. a multi or seaplane rating) onto a CPL?

It depends of what type rating do you want. At Aero Madrid an A320 type rating is around 18.000 Euros.

I guess you are asking about official fees in Spain and not for school prices on type ratings. The official fees for a type rting are 437 € for the checkride and 19€ for inscription on your licence.
