Dose anyone know where I can get the referance for the TAF code online? Preferably with all the seldom used codes?

Try the met office website http://www.meto.gov.uk click on aviation, then register with your licence number. You should find everything you need.....and it's free!!!! :D

GEN 3.5.10 (http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/pubs/aip/pdf/gen/10305.PDF) in the AIP is probably your best bet.
