Best Route to Airlines

It can be confusing trying to decide which is the best route to the airlines. Flight training in the USA then conversion to JAA. Try to get work flight instructing to build up the hours or potentially move to countries where flight instruction posts are more readily available. What would you suggest is the most advantageous route from IR/CPL to airline?

I dont know how much help this will be, but here goes anyway. I am 18, leaving school in June, then hopefully starting training for frozen ATPL in September. I am going through Oxford Air Training. You've probably heard of them but if you havent and it helps then marvellous!!

Have you tried the Wannabees section of Pprune? Speaking to like minded people who are more likely to be there will probably be more successful than here. Good luck! It's a long rocky road, but if it's in your blood, you don't have much choice!
