So let's say that I've slogged my guts out to get a fATPL, put hours in the logbook and then finally completed the most difficult bit of all, getting into the RHS of a jet....
I presume you join as a Second Officer, then go to First Officer, then Senior First Officer, then Captain... but where do you go from there?
Say you stay with the same company, would you then be eligable to apply for, say, Training Captain? Line Manager? Fleet Captain? What happens next? And how are these more senior positions recruited for?
