Cougar Passenger operations

See that Cougar Leasing had a request in with the CAA to operate a Turkish 737-800 over last weekend.

I thought they'd withdrawn from the passenger market last year, so does this mark a re-entry or was it something else?

(Can't believe it was with Cougar for cargo work???)

Presume that if they are back, then it's not with the 727... though their website still talks about 727's and pax???

Anyone know what's going on?

In my experience Couger liked taking on business rather far in advance - so that flight was probably one of the last charters that they originally had booked on their passenger 727 - and now needed to use the 737 to cover.
