Hi,

When will Monarch Airlines repaint their fleet of A300's. I'm sure the aircraft will look great in the new livery. :D

hiya,
i also think the A300s will look good in the new colours, but also the A330s will...

i think they only have a handful of aircraft in the new colours at the moment and i dont know when the others will be done... The Monarch website might give some mints...

Hi,

Yes the A330's would also look great! Does anyone know what routes the A300 does for Monarch?

Monarch's A300's mainly operate the high density charter routes from MAN and LGW to the Canary Islands, Palma, Malaga, Alicante etc aswell as to destinations further afield such as Mombasa and the Maldives along side the A330's.

Hi,

Thanks EGCC. :D Do they use the A300 on the high density routes in the summer months or all year round?

If you click on the links in the previous reply it will explain your question JMC.

Basically to keep the cost of the Monarch rebrand to a minimum, the new livery will only be applied to their aircraft when they are scheduled for their respray. Hence their aircraft can be in the air for more time, making money and not stuck on the ground in a paint shop for days.

hiya,
i think its the same situation with MYT. Except they have more aircraft to paint so it will take longer, and MYT aernt exactly rolling in money are they...

2 of the A300s should be repainted this Winter, i.e. Nov 03 onwards.

Hi,

It is good that the A300's will repainted in November, can't wait to see them at MAN :D. Will they repaint the A330's before the A300's?
