Ozzie - The strange part of it is that Bush, Rumsfeld, and Wolfowitz put this plan together even before the elections.

Bush was elected by a single vote in the US Supreme Court.

Actually, at the time, I was delighted to see he had defeated Gore. Then came 9-11, and his "retailation".

He's a total misfit, and that's coming from a lifelong Republician.
