Hi,
Irish start-up operator Jetmagic has secured an operating lease on the first of its three Embraer ERJ-135 aircraft and expects to take delivery of the regional jet on 16 April.
Cork-based Jetmagic has not disclosed the identity of the lessor but says that the aircraft is a “virtually brand-new” white-tail which is presently in Brazil awaiting an Irish registration and painting in the new airline’s livery.
A second ERJ-135 is expected to be delivered around 11 May while the third 37-seat jet will arrive in June. If the carrier’s operations progress in line with its four-year business plan it will extend its fleet to a fourth aircraft in spring 2004, in time for summer services.
Thanks
