Does anybody know if it is true that the Dublin (currently operated as a codeshare with Aer Lingus) out of Gatwick will be taken over by Aer Lingus later this year as part of a readjustment of the deal between both Oneworld Alliance partners.(Quoted by Aviation News - may issue)
Gatwick is the only route out of Dublin that both airlines operate on. All the others are code shared and operated by just one of the parties.
As EI are getting rid of the 146s it might well be tied in with BA taking over the London City route, and maybe the other 146 routes like MAN or BHX - just me starting a rumour!
