Has anyone managed to contact Delta?

I sent an e-mail about 2 weeks ago to [email protected] but have not had a reply.

I don't want to ring the international students number as I don't currently have a landline and suspect a call from a mobile would not be cheap.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They are having a major revamp of their website due to the name change. I had a few mails come back saying 'undeliverable', maybe because their mail server was down. I would send the mail again, they are usually very prompt in answering mails (usually within 48 hrs).
