Hello,

From tommorow jmc Air will become Thomas Cook Airlines. They will have a new callsign (Globe) and new code (TCX). What are your opinions on this change.

Regards

Personally "Globe" is much nicer to say on the RT ;)

And I do like the new livery, purely from a saddo spotter point of view :D

Good luck to all concerned etc etc

I never like the 'JMC' titles, but their paint scheme was nteresting.

What was JMC's old callsign?

Best of luck with the new company.

Hi,

JMC's callsign was JMC, the Thomas Cook livery is very nice! Best of luck to Thomas Cook.

Hi,
Its a shame that they had to go....... I think they should paint "Operated By jmc AIR" maybe on the fueslage as they did with Condor ("Powered By Condor")

Thanks

Is everybody from the Thomas Cook Group using "Globe" as callsign now, or keep the German and Belgium guys different ones ?

Happy summer season to all of us!!

Germans are keeping "Condor" as their callsign, and I believe the Belgians are keeping "Thomas Cook".

Does anyone know which type they will be using across the pond from BHX? I was told it might be a 330, but all I see is a 757 on the ramp.

I think its a reference to April fools day. Don't quite see how it would be "appropriate". I quite liked JMC, certainly in my own experiences with them they've been great and I'm sure Thomas Cook will progress well.
