How has KISS :) (Ground Handling initiative - Menzies Aviation Group) worked out for bmibaby at EMA?
Are they proving to be a suitable alternative to the standard? What do they offer that is different/more efficient than the norm and are baby/kiss planning to implement at CWL/MAN as a result?
