Try www.esixt.com (http://www.esixt.com ) you may not crew discount but they have good rates.

Also worth trying all the desks at the airport and playing 1 off against the other.

I don't know about the contracts your employer has with car rental companies, but all the major ones have branches as well in Frankfurt as in Mainz. Avis, Hertz, Sixt, Europcar... Talk to the person in your company who's responsible for those contracts to get the best deal...
