<edit: read the question Evo>

:O

It varies, but the update time is always listed - today, the 1200UTC - 1800UTC forms were uploaded at 1012 UTC (F214) and 1442 UTC (F215).

Evo - you are correct, but P16 wanted the time they are published!

Their validity starts at 0000, 0600, 1200 and 1800. They generally seem to be published about 3 hours before the start of their validity, but I don't think there is an "official" time for them to be published.

You could try contacting the Met Office for a definitive answer, though?

ok I too think there is no deffinate answer. And Id agree its generally 2-3 hours prior to the start of the validity period.
